Do you accept commissions?

Yes! If you are interested in commissions, please contact me at Michelle@awhimsicalchick.com and make sure to include "Commission" in the subject line. A new page specifically for commissions is in the works - be sure to check back soon!

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at this time.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, A Whimsical Chick accepts Paypal payments only - this allows for payment via most major credit cards as well.

When will my print arrive?

Almost all prints arrive within two weeks. All orders are personally printed, signed, numbered (limited edition prints) and packaged by A Whimsical Chick, and then shipped within 3-5 business days. A Whimsical Chick is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping provider or force majeur events.

How are my prints packaged?

Each print is carefully placed into a protective sleeve, gently rolled, and slipped into a cylindrical shipping tube for its journey to its forever home.

Any order containing several 8x10 prints will be shipped flat for the protection of the prints.

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final. However if your product arrives damaged, a replacement will be offered.

My product arrived damaged. How can I receive a replacement?

If your product arrives with damage sustained during shipping, please contact me at Michelle@awhimsicalchick.com Include a photo of the damaged packaging and print, and I will contact you to arrange shipping your replacement.
